If desired, grind the fried fruit in a blender to a puree consistency. The fruit composition is wrapped in a sweet pancake and served. - Flour - 1 tbsp. Water - 2 tbsp.
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons or to taste
- Pears - 3 pcs.
- Butter - 20 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
- Eggs - 1 pc.
Step by step cooking pancakes in water with fried pears, recipe with photo:
1. In a bowl for kneading pancakes, pour drinking water and add vegetable oil. You can use mineral water or any other liquid. For example, milk, kefir, beer, juice.
2. Beat an egg into a bowl of water and butter.
3. Add sugar with a pinch of salt and whisk to form a smooth, liquid base.
4. Sift flour through a fine sieve into a bowl with a liquid mass.
5. Use a whisk or blender to knead the dough so that there are no lumps. You may need more or less flour, depending on its stickiness. Therefore, add it in portions so as not to overdo it. The consistency of the dough should be like very runny sour cream. Although the dough can be thicker. The thinner it is, the thinner the pancakes will be, respectively, and vice versa: thicker - thicker.
6. Heat the pan well and brush the bottom with oil or fat before baking the first pancake. Spoon the dough with a ladle and pour it into the pan. Twirl it to spread the dough in a circle.
7. Fry the pancake on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
8. While the pancakes are fried, prepare the fruit filling. Melt the butter in another skillet.
9. Wash and dry the pears, cut out the core with seeds and cut into slices. Send them to the skillet with butter.
10. Season them with sugar and fry on all sides over medium heat until golden brown. The texture of the fruit should remain firm, so be careful not to puree it.
Serve ready-made hot pancakes in water with fried pears, which place in the middle of the leaflet or place on a plate next to it.
