Spaghetti is a type of pasta, which in Italian means "ropes", and in common people it is just Italian noodles. They are firmly entrenched in our diet as an affordable and tasty product. The most popular dish cooked with them is spaghetti with meat. Despite the simplicity of the food, it is very exquisite and many people like it. The dish is rich, beautiful and satisfying. And if desired, with the help of a variety of aromatic sauces and additives, he can be given a varied taste.
In order for the culinary product to be enjoyed, it is necessary to use spaghetti exclusively from durum wheat. These do not require rinsing. But if you digest them or they come out sticky, then you can rinse with water. If you have purchased soft wheat pasta, which is boiled and does not hold its shape, then boil them half the time indicated on the package, and then fry in a pan with meat and other products. Before combining with spaghetti, the meat is boiled, stewed or fried. It is cut into pieces or twisted into minced meat. Ready meals are combined with various sauces, vegetables, mushrooms, dressings and other ingredients that are cooked. Spaghetti with meat is cooked on the stove and baked in the oven. Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 100 g
- Onions - 1-2 pcs. depending on the size
- Meat (any sort) - 500-600 g
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Salt - 1 tsp
Step by step cooking spaghetti with meat, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the onions, wash and chop finely.
2. Wash the meat, cut off excess films with veins and cut into small cubes.
3. Put the pan on the stove, pour in vegetable oil, heat and put onions.
4. Over medium heat, stirring occasionally, sauté it until transparent and light golden brown.
5. Put the pieces of meat in another frying pan with hot oil.
6. Fry them on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring several times. Then screw the temperature down to medium, season with salt and black pepper and cook until tender.
7. While the meat and onions are fried in a saucepan, boil water. The liquid should be based on 100 g of spaghetti 1 liter of water, i.e. 10 times more pasta.
8. Season the water with salt and add the pasta. If you wish, you can break them into several pieces.
9. Bring the spaghetti to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 1 minute less than indicated on the manufacturer's package. You do not need to stir them during cooking, this is done only once, after placing them in boiling water.
10. In one large skillet, combine grilled meat and onions.
11. Next, send the boiled pasta. You do not need to rinse them with water after cooking. If you still have to do this, then pour over a colander with hot water and rinse the spaghetti with boiling water.
12. Stir the food and add 3-4 tbsp. water in which the spaghetti was boiled. If you wish, you can add any spices and herbs.
13. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
14. Ready spaghetti with meat is usually served immediately after cooking.
