Step by step preparation of fried cauliflower with egg, recipe with photo:
1. Choose cauliflower of medium size, without rot and damage. Wash it under running water and dry it with a paper towel. Otherwise, during frying, when the fat comes into contact with water, a lot of splashes will form. Then cut the head into medium sized florets. Otherwise, larger pieces will take longer to cook.
2. Put the frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat well. Send cauliflower inflorescences into it and turn on the medium heat of the stove. Fry the cabbage until golden brown and golden brown. Stir it occasionally to prevent it from burning.
3. Then season the cabbage with salt and black pepper.
4. Place the lid on the pan. Simmer the heat to the lowest setting and simmer the cabbage until soft. Condensation forms under the lid and steam collects, making the cabbage soft and tender.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the egg dressing. Pour the eggs into a deep bowl.
6. Use a whisk or fork to stir the egg mass until smooth. You do not need to beat them with a mixer, you just need to mix them until smooth.
7. Season the egg mixture with salt, black pepper, your favorite spices and stir.
9. When cauliflower is cooked and tasted, pour egg mixture into skillet and turn off heat. Stir the cabbage quickly to coat each bud with the egg mixture. Continue stirring until the eggs coagulate and envelop the cabbage buds. Do this carefully so that the cabbage does not break and turn into porridge. Serve hot fried cauliflower with egg. It can be eaten alone with a piece of meat, or served with any side dish.
Note: The eggs in the dish can be used in many ways: to moisten the buds before frying, or as a topping, like an omelette. This recipe uses the second method.
