Step-by-step recipe with a photo of cauliflower with eggs and cheese at home. Cooking technology, selection of products, options for serving. Video recipe.
Simple, fast, tasty, satisfying, healthy - cauliflower. Especially if you add other vegetables and foods to it every time. For example, a ruddy and tender cauliflower dish is made with eggs and cheese. Preparing food is elementary, but it turns out insanely delicious. Cabbage is crispy on the outside, but juicy and soft on the inside. Moreover, this dish is good the next day. It tastes good both warm and chilled. In addition, it is budgetary, so everyone can afford to cook. The same recipe can be used to make broccoli.
Such cauliflower is suitable for children, the elderly, expectant mothers and those who follow a diet. To make your meal more interesting, you can add chopped walnuts or other nuts to it. Such a fragrant and healthy meal, as a rule, goes as an independent second course, because it is quite satisfying and nutritious. It is also served as a side dish for meat or fish. It is delicious to serve with meatballs or fish balls. Cabbage goes well with cereals and pasta, fresh vegetable salads and snacks. And if you serve it with sour cream or ketchup, then the cabbage will be even tastier.

- Eggs - 1 pc.

Step by step cooking of cauliflower with eggs and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the cauliflower under running cold water and dry with a cotton towel. You can leave it at room temperature to dry completely. Otherwise, if the water comes in contact with hot oil in the pan, there will be a lot of splashes, which will stain the work surface and stove.
Then cut the head of cabbage into inflorescences. They can be any size, but larger pieces will take longer to cook. Therefore, I recommend cutting into medium-sized inflorescences.
2. Prepare the egg filling. To do this, pour the eggs into a deep container.
3. Season the egg mass with salt, black pepper and your favorite spices.
4. Stir the mixture with a small whisk or fork until smooth. You do not need to beat the products with a mixer until fluffy. It is enough only for the mass to become smooth.
5. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and add to the egg mass.
6. Toss again the eggs with the cheese shavings.
7. Put the pan on the stove, turn on high heat, add vegetable oil and heat well. Send the cabbage to a hot frying pan and screw the heat of the stove to a moderate mode. Fry the cabbage, stir occasionally until a light golden crust forms.
Season it with salt and black pepper and put the lid on the pan. Heat the slowest and simmer the cabbage until soft. Steam will collect under the lid and condensation will form, which will soften the inflorescences.
8. Try cauliflower. If it is soft, pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
9. Turn off heat immediately and stir quickly to coat the buds with egg coating. Stir vigorously so that the eggs coagulate and envelop the cabbage buds. Stir gently to avoid damaging the cabbage.
Serve ready-made cauliflower with eggs and cheese to the table after cooking as an independent side dish or with a piece of meat steak, fried fish, cutlets and other dishes. Garnish the finished dish with chopped herbs or chopped roasted nuts.
