Ingredients:
- Pasta - 200 g
- Boiled egg - 2 pcs.
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Hard cheese - 50 g
Step by step cooking pasta with boiled egg for breakfast
1. In a large saucepan, bring the salted water to a boil and boil the pasta in it until tender. Throw in a colander and drain all the water. Or take yesterday's ready-made noodles. Simultaneously boil the eggs until they are "hard boiled" and put them in cold water. In a frying pan, slowly melt the butter so that it does not start to boil.
2. Put the finished noodles in a frying pan and lightly fry. You can simply reheat or fry until crispy.
3. Dry and clean the cooled eggs. Cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and spread with the yolk upwards on top of the pasta. It is not worth stirring, it is enough just to distribute it evenly over the surface.
4. Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle eggs and pasta with it. Cover with a lid and turn off the heat after a couple of minutes. After that, mix a little and leave for another 3-5 minutes so that the cheese melts and is well distributed over the surface of all products.
5. Serve warm and put it on separate plates in portions.
