On Valentine's Day, romance with non-verbal confessions is in the air for everyone, because a valentine can be made from anything, and even from butter dough in the form of a loving heart! Also, such a dish can be baked not only for this holiday, but also for your family date, for example, to create a romantic atmosphere for a wedding anniversary. I think your beloved will be happy with your creativity.
Such a product can be prepared in the form of a classic pizza with meat, mushrooms, sausage, tomatoes, etc. Or you can make fruit pizza: with strawberries, bananas, kiwi, etc. The dough for baking is kneaded classic, rich, while you can use frozen purchased.
If you have your favorite pizza dough recipe, you can use it. However, if you are not already familiar with yeast dough, then use my proven recipe. The dough is prepared quickly, and most importantly, simple, the set of products is minimal and affordable.

- Cooking time - 50 minutes for kneading the dough (of which 10 minutes for dough and 30 minutes for raising the dough), 15-20 minutes for baking
Ingredients:
- Flour - 2 cups
- Refined vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dry yeast - sachet (11 grams) you can use live yeast
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Any boiled meat - 300 g
- Any pickled mushrooms - 200 g
- Hard cheese or cheese shavings - 250 g
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomato paste - 5-6 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 20 g or optional
- Table vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Making pizza for Valentine's Day
1. Slightly warm 150 ml of boiled drinking water (milk can be used), to 37-40 ° С. Add sugar and dry yeast (or put fresh yeast in broken pieces) and stir well to dissolve completely.
2. Leave the yeast to rest for about 15 minutes. During this time, foam forms on the surface of the container. This suggests that you can start preparing the dough.
3. Pour flour, a pinch of salt and vegetable oil into a bowl.
4. Pour in the water with diluted yeast and knead the dough well until smooth and smooth without sticking to your hands.
5. Leave the dough in a warm place free from wind and drafts. Cover it with a cotton towel and let it stand for about half an hour. During this time, it will increase in volume by 3 times.
6. Brush a suitable baking dish with a thin layer of vegetable oil. If the mold is silicone, then it does not need additional lubrication. Divide the dough in half and place each part in a heart-shaped mold. Place the product in a heated oven up to 220 ° С for 5-7 minutes, so that it is slightly baked and browned.
7. Meanwhile, while the dough is coming up, peel the onion, chop and marinate in vinegar and warm water. Leave it to marinate while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
8. Put the pickled mushrooms from the jar into a sieve to glass all the liquid. Wash them under running water and dry them. If the mushrooms are large, then cut them into smaller pieces.
9. Pre-boil the meat, cool and cut into pieces or tear into fibers.
10. Peel and chop the garlic.
11. Grease the baked dough generously with ketchup, sprinkle with garlic and spread the onions, which are squeezed out of moisture with your hands.
12. Spread mushrooms with meat on top and pour over them with mayonnaise net. Determine its amount yourself, if you wish. And if you prefer not fatty foods at all, then it can be excluded from the ingredients.
13. Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and place in a heated oven up to 220 ° C for 10 minutes. During this time, the dough will be baked, the filling will warm up, and the cheese will melt.
