At such moments, express recipes come to the rescue - quick pickled zucchini, cucumbers or tomatoes. The whole cooking process is reduced to cutting vegetables and making the marinade. You can prepare such a snack in just 5 minutes. But they will marinate a little longer. The longer the zucchini will stand, the tastier it will be. - Zucchini - 300 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp l.

We choose the zucchini for harvesting without damage, well, or cut them off. Cut the vegetable into thin rings. By the way, with the help of a vegetable peeler, you can cut long and thin slices.
Add salt, sugar, black pepper to the zucchini. It will turn out very tasty if you use a seasoning for Korean carrots.
Add vegetable oil, vinegar and finely chopped dill to the zucchini. We mix and taste, add what is missing for you. Stir a couple more times and serve immediately.
