Step by step cooking dried potatoes in the microwave, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices no more than 3-4 mm thick. If desired, before cooking dried potatoes, you can pre-soak them in water for 15 minutes so that the starch comes out. This will make the potatoes crisper.
2. Place the slices on a microwave-safe glass tray. Make sure they do not touch each other. Otherwise, during the cooking process, the potatoes will stick together.
3. Season the potatoes with salt and black pepper. You can add your favorite spices, herbs and herbs if you like.
