There are never too many desserts, especially those that are prepared in a matter of minutes, but at the same time, their taste will make you forget about a hard day at work.
If you have never tried cooking a casserole in a microwave oven, then we are ready to correct this defect by preparing together with you a delicious dessert: the Zebra curd casserole. Since childhood, everyone is familiar with a simple sponge cake called "Zebra", which was often prepared by mothers or grandmothers. So I thought, what if you cook a curd casserole according to the same principle? In addition, I came across a recipe in which this dish was cooked in the microwave, and it was much faster than baking in the oven. So I decided to experiment and prepare the Zebra curd casserole in this way. I am sharing with you the results of such an experiment.

Ingredients:
- Curd - 0.5 kg
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Milk - 100 ml
- Sugar - 4-5 tbsp. l.
- Semolina - 4 tbsp. l.
- Cocoa powder - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- Salt - on the tip of a knife
Step-by-step preparation of Zebra curd casserole with photo
Whisk eggs with sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Add cottage cheese to the eggs and stir to combine the ingredients.
Pour semolina to the curd and leave for 20-30 minutes to swell the semolina grains. In order for the curd mass to be homogeneous, interrupt it with a hand blender.
Divide the curd dough into two equal parts and add the required amount of cocoa powder to one of them. Mix thoroughly so that the entire mass is colored uniformly. Cocoa will make the dough thicker, so you should add milk to it and stir, bringing the curd mass to the desired consistency.
Line a baking dish with parchment. Start spreading the dough. Alternately put a spoonful of white or chocolate dough in the center, placing each subsequent portion in the center of the previous one. The dough itself, under its own weight, will be distributed in shape, acquiring a striped color.
Place the striped casserole dish in the microwave and set the power to 600 watts. Cooking time is 15 minutes.
Such a delicate and aromatic casserole can be whipped up right in the morning before work for breakfast and served with a cup of tea or a glass of milk.
