- Semolina - 180 g
- Kefir - 250 ml
- Sugar - 210 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 p.
- Flour - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. l.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Baking powder - 10 g
Step-by-step preparation of chocolate manna without butter - recipe with photo
In a bowl, combine eggs and 1 tbsp. sugar (glass 250 ml).
Whisk until fluffy. Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1 cup kefir.
Add semolina (1 tbsp.) And beat well on medium speed. Beat for at least 5 minutes. The mass should increase.
Add flour (1/2 cup) and cocoa - stir with a whisk or fork. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes to swell the semolina. After beating, it will swell faster.
After half an hour, add baking powder and vanilla sugar, stir again.
Grease baking dishes with vegetable oil. Place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool the finished pie in a mold, and then transfer it to a dish.
