Feed your family a delicious and satisfying vegetable pie? It couldn't be easier! All you need to do is bake a quiche with broccoli and carrots! Everything! A wonderful lunch is ready!
Every parent knows about the benefits of vegetables, as well as how difficult it can be to feed them to children. Cooking something familiar in appearance, but with a new taste is the way out. I propose a recipe for quiche with broccoli and carrots, which is very much loved in our family. This is a great opportunity to put a healthy vegetable filling in a cake that children love. Quiche is a classic French open pie with a shortcrust pastry base, which is filled with cream, cheese, eggs and any additives: vegetables, fish, meat, smoked meats, etc.
We will prepare a lightweight, so to speak, homemade version of the quiche, without a sandy base. Why is jellied pie good? The fact that you can cook it quite often by changing the fillings. Thus, every time you have a new tasty and healthy dish on your table. You can bake the quiche in a detachable metal mold or in a silicone one. You can also cook it in a multicooker in the "Baking" mode. In a word, there is room to experiment, and the reward is satisfied and well-fed loved ones. So let's get down to business.

First of all, let's prepare the base for the quiche. Wash vegetables, carrots and zucchini, peel and rub on a coarse grater.
We also grind hard cheese and combine with zucchini and carrots. You can add a little salt to the vegetables and stir.
Combine eggs with milk, salt to taste and beat until light foam.
Little by little, add sifted wheat flour to the beaten eggs, mix the batter thoroughly.
Combine the quiche dough with grated cheese and vegetables.
Grease a baking dish with a split rim with oil or line with baking paper. Pour out the dough. Divide broccoli, washed and dried with a paper towel, into inflorescences and put in a mold on the dough.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and set the timer for 50 minutes. During this time, the vegetables will be baked, and the dough will not be soggy. Then increase the temperature to 180 degrees and bake the quiche for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the finished quiche from the oven, cool slightly, remove from the mold. Serve warm or completely cooled.
Delicious and very healthy quiche with broccoli and carrots is ready. You can call to the table and enjoy the appetite and pleasure with which the children gobble up the quiche!
