The flatbreads are very tasty, soft and are a great substitute for ordinary bread. Children just love these crumpets: you can tear them apart with your hands and dip them in the sauce.   • Dry yeast - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp

3. The dough should be elastic and not very dense. We cover it with a clean cloth and leave it warm for an hour and a half to approach.

4. During the allotted time, the dough should increase in volume by 1, 5-2 times.

5. Divide the dough into small balls, each of which should be rolled out into a cake 10-15 centimeters in diameter. The thickness should not be thicker than 0.5 centimeters.

6. Bake each cake in a well-heated dry frying pan.

7. Fry the cake on each side very quickly, for 1, 5-2 minutes. During frying, the cakes will rise and become fluffy.
