Step-by-step preparation of curd cakes with corn flour
1. In order for the cheese cakes to turn out to be truly tender and melting in the mouth, grind the cottage cheese so that it does not become a lump. For this we take a regular sieve. It is better to choose cottage cheese for curd cakes with a high fat content. This will help keep your dessert dry. Take 9% store-bought cottage cheese or use homemade, made from whole milk.
2. Add the egg and sugar to the grated cottage cheese. We put all the components together well. Add vanilla sugar if you like.
3. Add corn flour to the curd, mix and leave for 10 minutes for the flour to swell. And immediately the dough for cheesecakes acquired a joyful sunny color.
4. When the dough has stood enough time, we proceed to the formation of the cheesecakes themselves. Prepare regular flour: we will roll semi-finished products in it, so it should be at hand. Divide the dough for cheesecakes into 2 parts, from one we roll a sausage about 3 centimeters thick. Do not forget to crush the table with flour. Cut into finger-thick patches, lightly press them down, shaping the curd cakes with your fingers. We do the same with the second part of the test.
5. Present in a well-heated frying pan in any vegetable oil. We make sure that the oil does not burn.
6. 4–5 minutes will be enough for the pancakes to brown on one side, then we turn them over and fry for another 3–4 minutes on the other side until golden brown. Fry the cheesecakes over medium heat.
7. Appetizing and ruddy outside and tender and sunny inside, the curd cakes with corn flour are ready. They can be served with condensed milk, sour cream, berry jam or fruit jam. Brew tea, pour milk, cook cocoa and invite your family to the table - everyone will love this breakfast!
