Delightfully tender and so tasty bagels - this can only be homemade baked goods made with love. For baking, we took dry instant yeast, wheat flour, milk. For the filling, take apples of any kind, do not forget cinnamon, so that the taste of the baked goods turns out to be truly magical. Now let's get started.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 350 g
- Milk - 200 ml
- Dry yeast - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 5-6 tbsp. l.
- Salt - a pinch
- Refined oil - 30 ml
- Apples - 2-3 pcs.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- Yolk - 1 pc.
Yeast bagels with apples in milk - step by step preparation with photo
1. To make the dough, you first need to dissolve the yeast. Heat the milk a little, divide into two parts and pour dry yeast and sugar into one of them. Stir everything and leave warm for a few minutes to dissolve the yeast. I want to say right away that part of the sugar is needed for the dough, part for the apple filling, and a little more for decoration.
2. Separately combine the remaining milk with a pinch of salt and 1-2 tablespoons of refined sunflower oil. When the yeast is dissolved, combine both milk together. Add pre-sifted flour.
3. Combine the ingredients, start kneading the dough.
4. The dough should be quite soft. Collect it in a ball, cover with a clean towel and leave to rise for an hour.
5. After the allotted time, the dough will rise, become airy, tender and almost double in volume.
6. During the time that the dough is resting and rising, let's start filling. Apples need to be washed, peeled, cored and cut into small cubes. Combine chopped apples with 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon, mix. The fragrant filling is ready.
7. Divide the dough into small lumps, each of which we roll into a small flat cake and cut with a sharp knife, as in the photo: mentally divide the cake into two semicircles, one of which we cut into parallel strips about a finger thick from the center to the edge. Place a tablespoon of apple filling on the center of the uncut halves.
8. Wrap the filling in the dough to make a roll.
9. Give the baked goods the shape of a bagel. At the same time, the cut dough diverges slightly. It is already clear that it turns out very nicely.
10. Spread the bagels on the parchment and leave for 20 minutes for the dough to come up a second time. Lubricate with a beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar on top and send to the oven. We bake for no more than 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
11. We take out fresh, fragrant pastries and heat the tea. Yeast bagels with apple are ready. Enjoy!
