Step-by-step preparation of the "Potato" cake from a biscuit with a photo
1. To make a delicious cream, mix together 3 tablespoons of cocoa, half a can of condensed milk and a pack of soft butter. By the way, in order to quickly soften the frozen oil, put it on a plate and cover with a glass scalded with boiling water. Wait for the glass to cool and check: the butter should be soft. If it was very frozen, repeat this procedure again - now you can work with the oil.
2. Using a mixer, beat the mixture together. If no cocoa is added to the cream, the filling will be white.
3. Now the base for the dessert. Break the biscuit into small pieces, and then grind into crumbs in a blender bowl.
4. Add the butter paste to the biscuit crumbs.
5. Stir well to convert all ingredients into a cake-forming mass.
6. With our hands we form potatoes from the dough, trying to give them approximately the same shape. If children are involved in this process, there is no likelihood that the cake will be the same - after all, the potatoes in the same bush are different; so even more fun.
7. Dip each potato in the remaining cocoa powder. For flavor, add powdered sugar to the cocoa and sift through a sieve. Then the mass will become homogeneous.
8. Put the cakes on a dish and refrigerate for 3-5 hours so that the biscuit crumbs are well saturated and the butter solidifies.
9. For greater reliability, you can make several depressions in each cake and plant the cream into these depressions, like sprouts. It looks like potatoes are sprouting, right?
10. Serve the Biscuit Potato Cakes when they have cooled down well. Pour tea and remember the taste of childhood. Enjoy tea with your family!
