- Eggs - 6 pcs.

- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- Cocoa - 30 g
- Instant coffee - 1 tablespoon
- Boiling water - 4 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
Step by step preparation of the most delicious chocolate biscuit
1. To prepare a chocolate biscuit for a cake, first mix sifted flour, cocoa, instant coffee and baking powder in a deep container so that all the ingredients are evenly dispersed throughout the total mass.
2. Combine eggs with sugar in another deep container. We use a mixer. Initially, you can beat only eggs at low speeds, and then gradually add granulated sugar.
3. Whisk for a total of about 10 minutes. This can be done in a couple of approaches of 5 minutes. The sugar should completely dissolve in the egg mixture. The entire mass will gradually increase by 2, 5-3 times.
4. Then pour in the vegetable oil and bring to homogeneity, so as not to knock down fluffy foam and get a delicious chocolate sponge cake with a porous structure as a result.
5. After that, add the mixture of dry ingredients in small portions, stirring gently each time.
6. Pour in boiling water with constant stirring.
