The recipe for the cake is quite simple, so the smallest sweet tooth can be attracted to its embodiment, because the dessert does not need baking at all. You can make a treat in the form of round balls or an oval cylinder. After, they are usually rolled in cocoa. This cooking process will be especially delightful for babies.
There are many variations in the preparation of this confection. As a basis, you can use raw materials from biscuit crumbs, cookies, vanilla crackers, waffles, gingerbread, etc. You can also use unused leftovers from homemade sweet baked goods. The essential ingredients of the product are butter, nuts and cocoa powder. All ingredients are crushed. This is usually done manually with a rolling pin or with modern automated tools.
The resulting cat is glued together with butter at room temperature, cream, milk, condensed milk or sour cream. For taste and aroma, flavored with vanilla sugar, ground cinnamon, cognac, rum, liqueur, nutmeg. If you are preparing a treat for children, then I advise you to refrain from alcoholic additives.

Cooking the "Potato" cake
1. Place the cookies in a food processor, in which place the cutter attachment.
2. Grind the cookies into crumbs. If you do not have such a kitchen appliance, you can use a meat grinder. You can also do this process with a rolling pin. To do this, part of the cookies is placed in a bag and with a rolling pin is first broken into smaller pieces, and then rolled so that they turn into crumbs.
3. Add shelled walnuts to the liver. If desired, you can heat them a little in a pan. Then the dessert will be tastier, but much more nutritious.
4. Pour milk and butter into a saucepan.
5. Heat the milk to melt the butter. If the milk is pasteurized, then it is not necessary to bring it to a boil. If the milk is homemade, then be sure to boil it. Then pour cognac into the milk mass. By the way, if you like the taste of cognac in the product, but do not want alcohol to be present, you can pour the cognac into milk and boil it. The taste will remain, and the alcohol will evaporate due to the high temperature.
6. Put the cocoa powder there.
7. Stir the milk until smooth so that the cocoa is completely dissolved. Knead thoroughly so that no coffee clots remain.
8. Pour cookie crumbs into the milk mass.
9. Stir the food until the milk is completely absorbed into the crumb. The mass will be quite liquid, but you should not worry about it. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour, it will become thicker and more viscous.
10. After this time, roll the dough into balls with your hands and put them on a plate with cocoa powder. Roll them so that they are completely breaded.
11. Arrange the cookies in a nice paper wrapper and refrigerate.
