The delicate texture of the dessert is due to the fact that it is based on pudding. You can find the ready-made powder in the store, but if you didn't succeed, you can replace the pudding with cornstarch by adding a bag of vanilla sugar to it, and then, already in a ready-made spoon, two boiled condensed milk for a caramel taste. That's all the tricks. The recipe is very simple, preparation will not take more than half an hour, and the result will be decent.

1. Apples are the basis of the cake, and let's start with them. Wash the fruit and remove the cores. For this recipe, you can take absolutely any variety - sour or sweet - it will determine what the final taste of the finished cake will be.
2. Remove the skin from the apples and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle them with lemon juice or citric acid diluted in water so that the apples do not darken.
3. Put the apples in a saucepan, cover with sugar, pour in water or juice and put on a small fire to boil them a little and caramelize. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer under the lid for at least 15 minutes. It is necessary for the apples to become soft. While the apples are reaching, you can throw a cinnamon stick into the saucepan.
4. Now that the apples are almost ready, it's time to do the pudding. We dilute it, as stated in the instructions, in a small amount of cold water and stir it so that there are no lumps.
5. Apples by this time have already been processed enough. They have become soft and aromatic. Pour the pudding into the apple mass in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Warm up well over low heat, without ceasing to interfere, bring to a thickening and remove from heat.
6. We got a mass that looks like a strong caramel-colored jelly.
7. Cut mint gingerbread into plates half a finger thick. It is very important that they are fresh and soft. The amount of gingerbread you need will determine the volume of the mold in which you are going to collect the dessert.
8. The form (it can be silicone, metal cast or detachable) is lined with parchment or cling film. We will turn the finished cake over to remove it from the mold, so we collect it from top to bottom. First, pour the caramel-apple mixture into the mold. Smooth it out slightly with a spoon or spatula.
9. Place the slices of gingerbread on top and fill with pudding again. So repeat the layers until the shape is filled to the top. Finish assembling the dessert with a layer of gingerbread. Let the cake cool to room temperature and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours, or even overnight.
10. Before serving, turn over the cake mold, pull out the dessert by slightly pulling on the baking paper. Carefully remove the parchment.
eleven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour the tea! Delicate cake without baking on pudding with apples and gingerbread is ready. Try it and bon appetit!
