In the pan, they should be placed in one layer without touching each other, so that they are evenly fried and do not stick together during cooking. Therefore, pick up a pan with a large diameter at once.

2. Fry the dumplings over medium heat, turning them periodically so that they are evenly covered with a golden crust on each side.

3. Pour drinking water into a skillet and boil. Season the dumplings with salt, any spices and herbs if desired, reduce the heat to medium and fry the dumplings in boiling water, stirring occasionally. Do not cover the pan while cooking!
