Lasagna is a gastronomic culinary constructor, which is one of the types of Italian pasta, i.e. pasta. Any Italian hostess knows a few dozen of this pie. The most important thing here is to purchase plates of dough, and the rest is a matter of a few minutes on the stove and a little more in the oven. However, some housewives prepare thin flat squares on their own. This is done not at all difficult. Kneading the dough is somewhat similar to dough for dumplings or noodles. Often, the dough is tinted in different colors: green with crushed spinach, pink with tomatoes. Usually there should be 6 such layers of lasagna.
Briefly, this dish is prepared as follows: wide and flat strips of dough are sandwiched with any filling and baked. And there are surprisingly many toppings for lasagna. But most often - a thick meat sauce: balaniese sauce, Neapolitan sauce or Amatricana sauce with minced meat. A dish with artichokes and spinach turns out well. Pour lasagna with béchamel sauce or a dressing similar to it. By connecting your imagination, you can make a variety of fill.

Ingredients:
- Dough or plates for lasagna: dough - 300 g, plates - 6 pcs.
- Pork - 600 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Cheese - 200 g
- Sour cream - 250 ml
- Spices and herbs (basil, Provencal herbs, suneli hops, ground pepper, ground nutmeg, ginger powder, sweet paprika, etc.) - to taste
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Salt to taste
How to make lasagna
1. If you are using lasagna dough, roll it out thinly with a 3 mm rolling pin. When doing this, try to stick to a rectangular shape.
2. Fill a wide saucepan or basin with water and boil. Lower the cook sheets, which you boil for literally 2 minutes. If you purchased frozen sheets, then do the same with them. Put the boiled sheets on a plank or plate.
3. Wash the meat, peel off the film, cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
4. Peel the onions and garlic and cut into small cubes.
5. Place the frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat. Add the garlic and onion to fry and pass until translucent.
6. Then add the minced meat to the pan.
7. Cook the meat over medium heat for about 10 minutes and add herbs, spices, salt, spices and tomato paste.
8. Simmer the filling over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
9. Pour sour cream into another pan and add all kinds of spices.
10. Stir, boil and heat for 5-7 minutes.
11. Now start shaping the lasagne. Pick a mold with high sides and brush the bottom with sour cream sauce. Line a sheet of pasta on top.
12. Apply the meat filling to the dough and smooth it evenly.
13. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on the meat.
14. Spread the sauce over everything.
15. Continue alternating layers.
16. Pour sour cream over the last layer of lasagna and sprinkle generously with cheese.
17. Heat the oven to 200 ° C and send the lasagne to bake for half an hour. Do not hold it for too long, because all products are almost ready.
18. While hot, cut the lasagne into slices and serve.
