An omelet is called a mixture of eggs, sausages and milk. This is the simplest dish in preparation that even a child can master. And most importantly, it allows you to fantasize, since the ingredients can be varied according to your taste and desire. The main thing is not to forget about the egg-milk base, which can truly diversify a dish from an express version for a quick hand to an exquisite masterpiece.
This recipe uses sausages, but if you prefer an omelet with sausage, salt, ham or bacon, you can use these meat ingredients. In addition, any vegetables will perfectly harmonize in the dish. Although sometimes you have to think about the calorie content of an omelet. Because, despite the fact that at first glance it seems useful, in fact, both the composition and the method of preparation can affect the treats. The most high-calorie option for the body is cooking an omelet by frying on the stove. But if you are afraid of extra calories, then you can bake it in the oven, microwave, or steam it.

Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Milk - 4 tablespoons
- Sausage - 1 pc.
- Hard cheese - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - for frying

Step-by-step preparation of an omelet with sausage and cheese:
1. Pour milk into a small, deep container.
2. Add eggs and a pinch of salt to a bowl of milk. If you wish, you can add any more spices and herbs.
3. Whisk well the egg-milk mass until smooth. You do not need to whip the food, just stir the food with a fork or whisk.
4. Peel the sausage from the film and cut into rings about 5-7 mm thick, and grate the cheese on a medium grater.
