One huge plus of dishes cooked in pots is that you don't need to interfere with the cooking process itself. All that is required is to prepare the ingredients, combine them, add spices, put everything in a heat-resistant dish and say: "Pot, boil!". After 30-40 minutes, you can already call everyone to the table. The dish that we will prepare today - chicken hearts in pots with tomato paste and vegetables - is quite affordable: all its ingredients can be found in stores all year round. The vegetables will give the dish their aroma, from which the chicken hearts will acquire a more delicate taste. The dish turns out to be very satisfying and does not require an additional side dish.

Ingredients:
- Chicken hearts - 300 g
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 sh.
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves
- Sweet pepper (red) - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 1-2 medium or 5-6 cherry
- Tomato paste - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- Salt, pepper - to taste

Rinse the hearts out. You can put them in pots whole, or you can cut them in half. Salt the hearts, add spices if desired. A small amount of vegetable oil can be poured into the bottom of the pots.
Let's take care of vegetables. Peel the onions, wash them and cut them into half or quarter rings. Chop the carrots into strips. We put them on top of the hearts.
My pepper, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces. Put the tomatoes last. If you took cherry, cut each into 4 parts, cut ordinary tomatoes into medium-sized slices, each of which we divide across. Add vegetables a little.
Put the tomato paste on top of the vegetables and put the pots in the oven. We bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
