One of the interesting and accessible recipes is duck with apples in honey sauce. This is a great combination of ingredients. They give the bird an original taste and delicate aroma, making the meat juicy and tender.
Preparing a recipe is very simple and quick. The duck is not pre-marinated, and the sauce is applied to the carcass immediately before baking. During the cooking process, the bird is soaked in apple juice and acquires a delicate sweetish taste, and honey gives it a golden crust. Cooking duck stuffed with apples in honey sauce:
