Oven baked chicken wings is a dish for a cozy lunch with your family or a dinner in a friendly team. This is an independent appetizer for a side dish or an appetizer with a frothy glass of beer. They are versatile! And the preparation is not at all difficult. The main thing is to choose products for a delicious marinade. Fortunately, there is where to turn around, because there are a lot of marinades. This dish turns out to be delicious, crispy and aromatic. You will not even notice how the plate is empty, and your family will ask for more.
The main ingredients for marinating meat are soy sauce, ketchup, nutmeg and saffron. This spice bouquet gives the wings a delicate aroma and amazing taste that will always change depending on the marinade chosen. Therefore, the main thing, I repeat, is to choose the right ingredients. You can choose any method of heat treatment that you like best. They can be cooked on the grill on a wire rack or fried in a pan, but I preferred to bake them in the oven. This is the best way to prepare food at home, because when baked, the maximum amount of vitamins is retained in products. At the same time, there are no excess fats, in comparison with frying in a pan.

Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 10 pcs.
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Saffron flowers - 0.5 tsp
- Ground nutmeg - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
Step-by-step recipe for making wings in tomato-soy sauce:
1. Wash the wings under running water. If feathers remain, remove them with tweezers. Dry the wings with a paper towel and place in a handy pickling container.
2. Add saffron, ground nutmeg, ketchup, ground pepper to the wings and drizzle with soy sauce.
3. Stir well to marinade evenly on all wings on all sides. Cover them with cling film and leave to marinate for an hour. But the longer they spend time in the marinade, the tastier the dish will be. You can even leave them overnight. But then keep them in the refrigerator.
4. After that, put the wings on a baking sheet and send to bake in a heated oven up to 200 degrees for half an hour. When they acquire a golden brown crust, remove them from the brazier, refrigerate slightly so as not to burn themselves, and serve. It is very tasty to use them with mashed potatoes and home preservation.
