  1. Hot wrap. For its implementation, the composition of the mask, which is applied to the body, contains ingredients that warm the body. For example, mustard, hot peppers, etc. Also, the mask itself can be heated to a temperature not exceeding 37-38 degrees. After applying the bulk to the skin, everything is tightly fixed with a film. Then you need to wrap yourself in a warm blanket. The duration of the procedure takes from 1, 5 to 2 hours, depending on the problem (cellulite, stretch marks, restoration of sagging skin). During this time, it is advisable to take any comfortable position while in a relaxed position. Thanks to the thermal effect on the body, a "greenhouse" effect is created, which contributes to the expansion of blood vessels, which means an improvement in blood circulation. The pores also open well, through which all toxins and toxins are removed from the body along with sweat.
  2. Cold wrap. In general, the procedure is the same as the first type of wrapping. But the only difference is that the process takes place without previous heating of the therapeutic mask, and the use of products that warm the skin is also excluded. Instead, the mask may include: seaweed, honey, cosmetic clay, chocolate, etc. The components of the cooling effect are also used: mint, menthol. The purpose of such a wrap is to improve the condition of the skin: increase its tone, eliminate stretch marks, cellulite, edema. In general, cold wrap is used for certain problem areas on the body.

  2. Hot wraps should not be used for people prone to varicose veins, as this can worsen the situation. Instead, with such a disease, a cold wrap is indicated.
  3. Never carry out the procedure if you are not healthy: viral diseases, skin diseases, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, fever, etc. In case of any health problems, a visit to a beauty salon must be coordinated with your attending physician.
  4. Do not leave the film on your body for a long time. A maximum of 2 hours is enough to feel and see the first effect. Longer periods of time can be the cause of the growth of the fungus. Therefore, do not overdo it!
  5. There is also a contraindication for female gynecological diseases.
  6. This procedure is not recommended for pregnant women either.

  • Hot wrap. Mix honey and mustard in a 1: 1 ratio, add a little warm water so that the mass is well applied to the body. Wrap the smeared areas with plastic and wrap in warm clothes. Keep it for about 30-40 minutes. Since this is a hot type of wrap, it is best to spend this time actively. This will allow the warming components to act more efficiently, thereby removing excess fluid from the body.
  • Seaweed wraps. Buy dry seaweed at the pharmacy, measure 2 tbsp. l. and soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. l. liquid honey and 10 drops of orange and camphor essential oils. Lubricate problem areas on the body and wrap with foil on top. Keep it on for about 1 hour and then shower.
  • Potato wrap. Grate potatoes on a fine grater or grind on a blender. Squeeze out the juice and put the pulp on the body. Fix everything with foil and keep for 40 minutes. Thanks to the starch contained in potatoes, the skin will become velvety and taut. In addition, with regular use of such a wrap, you will see how your stretch marks become less noticeable.
  • Blue clay wraps. This type of cosmetic clay contains many beneficial minerals for the skin. You can buy it at any pharmacy or cosmetic store. Dilute the clay with warm water and apply on the body, especially in a thick layer where you want to reduce the centimeters (sides, belly, calves, etc.). Add citrus essential oil to the resulting mass - 2-3 drops. Remember to use film. Blue clay is excellent for weight loss as it improves blood circulation in the skin tissues. This prevents the accumulation of body fat, and the problem of excess weight goes away by itself.

When listing the positive properties of body wrapping, it is important to remember that in order to achieve an ideal result, this procedure must be used in combination with other methods.
