- Sweet Bulgarian red pepper - 1 pc. big size
- Olive or vegetable oil - for frying
- Eggs - 2 pcs.

Step-by-step cooking of fried eggs in sweet pepper rings, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the bell peppers and dry with a paper towel. Cut it into rings about 1 cm thick. For the recipe you need 2 rings of peppers.
2. Remove inner seeds from rings and cut off partitions.
3. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and add rings of peppers. Fry them over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
4. Flip the pepper rings over.
