For the recipe, of course, it is advisable to use young and strong zucchini with delicate skin. It is the peel that is rich in nutrients, and this does not affect the taste of the dish. When using old fruits with dense skin, it should be peeled beforehand and the seeds removed. Depending on the age of the zucchini used, the method of preparing the pancakes depends. Young zucchini are very juicy, so after crushing them, the mass must be well squeezed out of excess liquid or add a little flour or semolina. Older vegetables are denser and contain less moisture.

- Zucchini - 2 pcs.
- Dill - small bunch
- Bran - 50 g
- Garlic - 2 wedges
- Eggs - 1 pc.

Step by step preparation of tender zucchini pancakes:
1. To make fritters, you need a fine hand grater or a food processor with a matching attachment.
