Scrambled eggs with camomile sausages - the most ordinary scrambled eggs made from common products: sausages and eggs. But the zest of this dish lies in the ingredients used, and the unusual presentation. Such an original design of the morning dish, in the form of a beautiful flower, will greatly delight little whims, and the second half will be no less delighted. Such an appetizing "flower" is prepared simply and quickly. The petals will be made of sausage, and the middle will be made of eggs. In addition, your little helpers will be happy to create such a delicious culinary craft on their own and prepare their own breakfast.
For cooking, I used regular chicken eggs. I recommend taking longer sausages, and smaller eggs, so that the dish looks harmonious. But if you wish, you can make scrambled eggs from quail eggs. They are also much more useful, especially for the child's body and do not cause allergies, unlike chicken ones. Using this recipe, recommendations and a detailed master class, you will cook ordinary scrambled eggs in the original serving, which will look beautiful and appetizing. From these ingredients, two chamomile scrambled eggs are obtained.

Step-by-step cooking of scrambled eggs with camomile sausages:
1. Remove the foil from the sausages and use a sharp knife to cut it in half lengthwise.
2. On one side of the sausage, along its entire length, make equal cuts at a distance of 3-5 mm, without bringing the knife to the end.
3. Roll the sausage in a circle and secure it with a toothpick. Thus, you get the base of the "flower" with sausage petals.
4. Heat the frying pan with oil and put the sausage. Set the heat to medium. Break the eggs and carefully separate the white from the yolk. Pour the protein into the middle of the sausage and season it with salt.
75. Fry it a little, about 1 minute, so that it coagulates.
6. Then carefully put the yolk in the middle of the "flower" of the sausage.
7. Fry the eggs until tender and cut off the excess protein that has spread outside the "flower" in a circle for beauty.
