But the zest of this dish lies in the ingredients used, and the unusual presentation. Such an appetizing "flower" is prepared simply and quickly. The petals will be made of sausage, and the middle will be made of eggs. For cooking, I used regular chicken eggs. I recommend taking longer sausages, and smaller eggs, so that the dish looks harmonious. But if you wish, you can make scrambled eggs from quail eggs.
