- Gobies - 400 g
- Flour - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 30-50 ml
How to deliciously fry gobies in a pan - step by step cooking
To clean gobies before frying from scales is mauvais ton. Their scales are so small that you won't even feel them after frying. For this reason, the fish is only gutted. Cut off the head as desired.
Rinse the bulls again and salt, stirring them thoroughly in a bowl.
Roll the bulls in flour. To roll a large amount of fish at once, pour flour into the bag, put the gobies there, tie the bag so that a little air remains and shake the bag.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry on high heat for 3 minutes on each side, then reduce heat and fry for another 4–5 minutes. We do this with each party.
