There are a lot of options for cooking this offal. This article presents a recipe for stewed chicken hearts using tomato sauce. Although instead you can take sour cream, cream, milk or stew in your own juice. The cooking process will be almost the same. In addition, it is so simple that even a child can handle it. Ingredients:
- Chicken hearts - 700 g
- Tomato sauce - 2-3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Any spices and spices to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Onions - 1 pc. big size
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Step by step cooking stewed chicken hearts, recipe with photo:
1. Wash chicken hearts under running water. Cut off any excess fat from them, remove the films and put in the cooking pot.
2. Fill with water and place on the stove to cook. Boil over high heat, remove the foam formed on the surface, salt and pepper. Screw the temperature down to the minimum setting, close the pan with a lid and cook the giblets for half an hour.
3. Meanwhile, peel the onions, wash and dry. Chop it into half rings and fry in a skillet in vegetable oil. Stir the onion from time to time, bringing it to transparency.
