1. In order for the meat in the gravy to be soft, it must be boiled before stewing. 2. First rinse the hearts, peel them of possible films. Pour cold water into a saucepan, put the whole hearts there, salt. Cook the meat for at least 2.5 hours, only this way it will become truly soft.
