We will not cook the ice cream itself. Today we will learn how to serve ice cream deliciously and beautifully. You can think of a huge number of serving options, so I'll share my favorite idea.
Arm yourself with a handful of strawberries and a bar of dark chocolate to serve both an exquisite and obscenely simple dessert. The combination of aromatic and juicy strawberries with bittersweet chocolate creates a harmonious and perfect tandem with a seductive taste that is simply impossible to resist. This delicious dessert should be enjoyed by everyone at least once in their life. Such ice cream is served as a dessert for a festive and everyday table.

Ingredients:
- Ice cream sundae - 80-100 g
- Dark chocolate - 15-20 g
- Strawberries - 5-6 berries
Step-by-step preparation of ice cream with strawberries and chocolate:
1. Select the container in which you will serve the ice cream. If you are preparing a dessert for an everyday meal, put it in bowls, and for a festive table use transparent glasses for drinks - martinis, cocktails, cognac and others of your choice. In principle, it can be served in any capacity, even in a plate, but always with a rim.
Choose one or more types of ice cream. I have a natural ice cream.
Usually ice cream is served in the form of balls using a special ice cream spoon with a pusher. To do this, place a container with clean water next to it and dip a spoon into it before scooping up the ice cream. If there is no special spoon for ice cream, put it in the bowls in any convenient way.
2. Prepare seasonal fresh fruits of your choice. I am using strawberries. Remove the stalks from the berries, wash and dry with a paper towel.
3. Cut the dice into circles or wedges.
4. On top of the ice cream, lay a layer of chopped strawberries nicely around the bowl.
5. Chop the chocolate finely with a knife or buy chocolate drops / drops in advance. You can also replace it with chocolate syrup.
6. Sprinkle the top of the ice cream with chocolate chips.
7. Decorate the center of the dessert with a whole strawberry. Also, additional decor is used to decorate ice cream, for example, cocktail umbrellas, sweet rolls and waffles. The latter can act as a spoon.
If serving ice cream in a clear glass, lay out the food in layers, alternating between ice cream and strawberry chunks. Nicely laid out layers always have a good effect.
You can also complement the ice cream with nuts, which do not forget to lightly fry in a dry frying pan. Or with cookies, crush it into small slices with a mortar. Most importantly, do not forget about the contrast - use crumbs of light cookies, chocolate or coconut flakes for dark ice cream, and crumbs of dark products look spectacular on a light dessert.
