To make a dessert from kefir, take any jelly from the store. I have cherry. Prepare the jelly following the instructions on the packet, but you will need 2–2.5 times less water than indicated. So instead of 400 ml of boiling water, I took only 180 and dissolved the berry-gelatin powder in it. If you have a sweet tooth, add an extra 1-3 tbsp. l. Sahara. If this amount of hot water is not enough for all the gelatin to dissolve, put it in the microwave for a few seconds, and if necessary, repeat this procedure again, slightly reducing the heating time.
Combine kefir with a fat content of 2, 5 or 3, 2% with the jelly cooled to room temperature, mix. You will get a ton of pale pink shade, a kind of drink for Barbie!
Pour the resulting liquid into molds. Small cups or bowls are suitable for this. Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it solidify completely for about 3-5 hours.
