Cooking apples fried in dough
- To make the dough, you need to beat eggs with a mixer with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Then add a spoonful of sour cream and half a glass of flour, mix.
- Pour in half a glass of milk and beat everything again. It is better to use the given norm of products for the preparation of the dough. If you “go over” a little, the dough will not be fried to its full thickness, because it does not need to be baked, but fried.
- Apples are suitable, of any varieties: 400-500 grams of not very beautiful or slightly spoiled fruits will do just fine. Washed and peeled apples should be cut into small pieces, which are sent to the dough.
- Well heated in a deep frying pan 100 grams of refined vegetable oil, you need to pour the dough mixed with apples into it, close the pan with a lid and fry the dessert over moderate heat.
- After about 15 minutes, the batter will become a single soft crust. When the bottom of the dessert is browned and the top is completely solidified, you can turn off the heat, cut the “pie” into portions and serve. Fried apples are good with any of the drinks; both hot and cold.
Bon Appetit!
