How to store apples at home?
Apples are kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, in a fruit container or plastic bag. Deep freezing is also possible. To do this, fresh apples are peeled, the core is removed from them, and the pulp is cut into pieces. So that the fruits do not turn brown, they are put in water with lemon juice (1-2 tablespoons). After that, the apples are dried and frozen. You can roll them in sugar before freezing.
