Want a delicious homemade pizza, but don't want to mess around with the dough? Have guests arrived by accident and don't have time to cook? In order not to bother with the dough, to feed the guests satisfyingly and not to deny their desires, there is an excellent alternative - puff pastry. This is a real find for making cooking easier. You can buy it at the store, defrost it and use it right away. The main thing is to follow the principles of working with such a test.
- For pizza dough, take puff yeast or yeast-free.
- Remove the dough from the freezer a few hours before you start cooking the pizza.
- Sprinkle the surface of the working surface where you are going to roll it with flour so that it does not stick.
- Also sprinkle flour on the dough itself, otherwise it will weather and form a dry crust, with which nothing can be done.
Anything can be used as fillings for such a pizza. Just don't make it too wet. Otherwise, the base will not bake well, and the filling will be ready. Avoid using a lot of tomatoes, raw mushrooms, pineapples, and other foods that provide a lot of moisture. In this review, puff pastry pizza is made with sausages, onions and cilantro. This interpretation of the dish turns out to be completely unusual and incredibly tasty!

Step-by-step cooking of homemade pizza on puff pastry with sausages, onions and cilantro, recipe with photo:
1. Defrost the dough naturally without using a microwave oven. Sprinkle it with flour and roll it into a layer about 0.5 mm thick with a rolling pin. Although the thickness of the dough can be any thickness, if you do not like very thin pizza, roll out the dough as thick as you like.
2. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet and apply mustard ketchup to it.
3. Spread mustard ketchup all over the dough.
4. Peel the onions, chop into thin quarter rings and place on the dough. You can pre-pickle the onions in vinegar and sugar.
5. Wash the cilantro, dry it, tear off the leaves and spread on the dough.
6. Peel the sausages from the packaging film, cut into rings and place on the dough.
7. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on the pizza.
8. Send homemade pizza on puff pastry with sausages, onions and cilantro in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Make sure that the pizza does not burn, because the dough is thin and the product is prepared very quickly. Serve the dish to the table immediately after cooking.
