To improve the taste, aroma and make the appearance of the finished snack more appetizing, take an egg for greasing and herbs for garnish. If desired, you can also use hard cheese.

- Puff pastry - 500 g

- Egg yolk - 1 pc.

How to make a quick puff pastry and sausage snack step by step
1. First of all, defrost the dough. You can do this without taking it out of the package or right on the table, rubbing it with flour a little or covering it with a towel so that the surface does not get windy. When it completely thaws, roll out the layer a little and cut it into small squares with a pizza knife. They should be slightly larger in size than a cross-cut sausage.
2. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drive the egg into a bowl and beat. Then we lubricate the surface of each square.
3. Cut the sausages into thin slices and put them on the dough pieces, pressing a little inward.
4. Divide the greens into small twigs and lay them on top of the sausages.
5. Put the baking sheet in the oven at 220 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
