Ingredients:
- Mashed potatoes - 200 g
- Ginger powder - 0.5 tsp
- Flour - 200 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Baking soda - 1 tsp without slide
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Dried orange peel powder - 1 tsp
- Ground nutmeg - 0.5 tsp
How to make mashed potato cookies:

Then season with salt and stir in a crush. Add milk or butter if desired. So place the mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl and add 2/3 of the flour to it.
2. Knead the dough until smooth and add the egg.
3. Next, add the rest of the flour, soda, a pinch of salt, honey and all the spices and herbs.
4. Knead well the elastic dough so that it does not stick to the hands and sides of the dishes.
5. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and grease it with a thin layer of vegetable oil or butter. Form the dough into small balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet, about 3 to 4 cm apart.
6. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the baking sheet with cookies to bake for 15 minutes. Do not overexpose the products for too long, otherwise they will become denser. In 15 minutes, the dessert will have time to cook well inside, while becoming soft and tender. Remove the baked balls from the baking sheet, cool slightly and serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
