1. Pour room temperature drinking water into a dough mixing container.
2. Add raw eggs and vegetable oil to drinking water. You should definitely add oil so that the pancakes do not stick to the pan during baking.
3. Whisk the liquid ingredients until smooth.
4. Add cottage cheese to the liquid components and mix well so that it is distributed throughout the volume. The fat content and consistency of the cottage cheese is not important, use any, most importantly fresh.
5. Pour flour into the dough and sift it through a fine sieve to enrich it with oxygen and make the pancakes softer.
6. Knead the dough until smooth and smooth so that there are no lumps.
7. Grease a frying pan with a thin layer of oil and heat well. In the future, you do not need to apply oil to the pan. This is done just before baking the first pancake. Spoon the dough with a ladle and pour it into the pan. Twirl it to spread the dough in a circle, and place on the stove, turning on medium heat.
