- Black bitter chocolate - 100 g

Step-by-step preparation of chocolates in chocolate with oatmeal and prunes, recipe with photo:
1. Wash prunes and cut into small pieces, if you wish, you can twist them through a meat grinder or chop them in a blender or in a food processor. If it is too dry, then pre-soak it in boiling water and soak for 20 minutes to soak the berries. Peel the walnuts, prick in a clean and dry frying pan, stirring occasionally, and cut into small pieces. The nuts can also be twisted through a meat grinder. Oatmeal can be dried in a dry pan or oven if desired, or you can use them as they are. Combine prunes, walnuts, oatmeal and coconut in a bowl.
2. Stir the mixture well so that all food is evenly distributed. It is most convenient to do this with your hands.
3. Take a small piece of the mass and use your hands to shape the candy into a ball the size of a walnut. Although, if you wish, you can make the shape and size of the product at your discretion.
4. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Do not bring it to a boil, otherwise it will deteriorate and it will taste bitter. Dip a ball of candy into the melted chocolate, twist it so that it is covered with icing on all sides, and put the candy on food parchment or foil.
5. Send the candies to the refrigerator to freeze the chocolate. This process will take no more than half an hour. Store these candies in the refrigerator.
