Ingredients:
- Peking cabbage - 5-6 leaves
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - pinch or to taste
- Olive oil - for dressing
- Dried sausage - 50 g
- Grain French mustard - 1 tsp
Step-by-step preparation of Peking cabbage salad with dried sausage, recipe with photo:
1. From the head of Peking cabbage, remove the leaves and wash them under running cold water. Then dry with a paper towel and chop into thin strips. I recommend washing just the right amount of leaves, because if you do not use the whole head of cabbage that has been washed, then the next day it will wither, and the leaves will not crunch.
2. Remove the wrapping from the sausage and cut into medium-sized strips or cubes.
3. Fold the sausage with cabbage into a deep bowl, season the food with a pinch of salt and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
4. Put the grain mustard into the Chinese cabbage salad with dried sausage, add the mayonnaise and stir. Chill the finished dish in the refrigerator for 15 minutes if desired and serve.
