Curd casseroles are always popular. It is not only a delicious dessert for children and adults, but also one of the main sources of calcium and protein. If you love curd casserole, then for sure you have not a single recipe for the latter. Today I decided that I would cook a casserole with cherries. Already so I want a summer rich in berries and fruits. Cherries for dessert, I used them in my own juice. Before adding to the dough, discard the cherries in a colander to drain the juice. You can also take pitted frozen cherries. You do not need to defrost it beforehand.
The cooked casserole is delicious, and the cherries add juiciness.

- Pitted cherries - 150 g
- Semolina - 5 tbsp. l.
- Cottage cheese of any fat content 350-400 g
- Milk - 60 ml
- Sugar to taste
- Eggs - 2 pcs.

1. The recipe annotation says the recipe is simple. This is exactly how it is. To prepare a curd casserole according to this recipe, you literally need 5 minutes to prepare. Put all the ingredients in a bowl or blender bowl - cottage cheese, milk, semolina, sugar and eggs.
2. Whisk all ingredients with a hand blender (or whisk in a bowl). Leave the dough for 10 minutes to swell the semolina.
3. Add the prepared cherries to the dough and leave some berries for decoration. Stir the dough with a spoon or spatula.
4. Place the curd mass in a baking dish. Garnish the casserole with cherries on top. You can grease the surface with yolk.
5. We bake the dessert at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow the casserole to cool completely after cooking.
