“We ate sweet pancakes at grandma's” is sung in a song for the little ones, which means that grandmothers strive to feed their grandchildren with all sorts of different delicacies. It seemed to me that no one bakes such pancakes as my grandmother, especially I loved pancakes with apples. For a very long time I was looking for the “same” recipe, experimented, until I got the same taste that I remember from childhood. I am pleased to share this recipe with you. Cooking pancakes in sour milk with grated apple.

Ingredients:
- Sour milk - 1 tbsp.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 4-5 tbsp. l.
- Flour - 1, 5 tbsp.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp
- Apples - 4-5 pcs.
- Vegetable oil for frying
Step-by-step preparation of pancakes with sour milk with grated apple
1. Choose a convenient deep bowl in which we will prepare the dough. We break the egg and add granulated sugar. For flavor, you can add a bag of vanilla sugar.
2. Beat the egg with sugar using a mixer. It is very important that the ingredients combine well and create an airy foam. This can guarantee that the pancakes will be fluffy. If there is no mixer, beat, as my grandmother did, with a whisk or just a fork. The result will be the same, only it will take a little longer.
3. Pour in sour milk. After numerous experiments, I came to the conclusion that the most delicious pancakes are obtained from sour milk. For the test, it should not be cold. Room temperature or slightly higher is what you need. Place the sour milk near a hot kettle to warm up faster.
4. Add soda. In sour milk, it is well extinguished.
5. Little by little add the sifted flour, mix everything well.
6. Of all the ingredients, knead a thick dough similar in consistency to thick sour cream.
7. Wash the apples, remove the cores, if desired, peel and grind on a coarse grater. Do not worry if the apples darken quickly - this will not affect the taste of the pancakes in any way. Add the grated apple to the dough.
8. In a well-heated frying pan, fry the pancakes, spreading the dough with a tablespoon in the sizzling oil. Brown on both sides, cover with a lid when overturned.
