We want to tell you a recipe for a very simple and quick apple pie. All its charm is that the dough turns out to be quite dense, a little moist and at the same time it crumbles nicely. It is a pleasure to eat a piece of this pie. It can be cooked in the form of a large diameter (24–26), then the pie will turn out to be low and there will be more apples in the dough. You can also use a small form (18 cm) - the cake will turn out to be high and the apples will only be on the top. But even here you can go for a trick - cut the apples into cubes and pour over them with dough.
We will not decorate or add any additives, although you can safely. The pie is so perfect that you don’t want to share it with anyone, but “grind” it yourself.

Ingredients:
- Apples - 4-5 pieces
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Milk - 3/4 cup
- Odorless vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Flour - 2 cups
Step-by-step recipe with a photo of apple pie on milk
1. Beat eggs into a large, convenient bowl and add all the sugar.
2. Beat eggs with sugar well. The mass should increase well in volume, change its color to almost white, and at the same time all the sugar crystals should dissolve. In time it takes 5-7 minutes. Therefore, do not turn off the mixer after two minutes. Well-beaten eggs are the key to fluffy baked goods.
3. Add milk. The temperature of the milk is irrelevant for this test. We also add vegetable oil. The main criterion for oil is that it must necessarily be refined (i.e. odorless). Since unrefined oil will spoil the taste of baked goods.
4. Mix the flour with baking powder and add to the dough. If you do not have a baking powder on hand, you can always replace it with baking soda, only it must be extinguished with lemon juice or vinegar. If you use any fermented milk product in the dough, then the soda will go out in the dough. Since we are preparing apple pie with milk, when using soda, extinguishing it is mandatory.
5. Let's prepare the apples. We clean them from the skin, cut out the middle. Cut the apple in half and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice to keep them from darkening.
6. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. We crush the excess flour. This form preparation is called "French shirt". If you use a split form, you can cover the bottom with parchment, and grease the walls with oil.
7. Pour the dough into the prepared mold and put the apples on top, slightly sinking them.
8. Bake the cake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 50 minutes. For more flavor, you can sprinkle the apples with cinnamon. But this is not for everybody.
9. Take the finished cake out of the oven and let it cool in the form. Then it can be easily removed.
10. The finished cake is just perfect with tea, coffee and plain milk.
11. And if there is ice cream in the house, then you can arrange a real feast - serve a warm piece of ice cream pie.
