  • Sugar - 4-5 tbsp. l. (dough)
  • Butter - 100 g (dough)
  • Flour - about 2 tbsp. (dough)
  • Strawberry - 300 g (filling)
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. l. (filling)
  • Yolk for smearing

When you're working with fresh yeast, the first thing to do is dough. Warm up the water, it should be warm, but not hot. Pour half of the water into a bowl and add fresh yeast. Mix well until they are completely dissolved.

In order for the yeast to begin to react, we need to add 1 tbsp. l. sugar and 1-2 tbsp. l. flour. We mix. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave it warm for 15 minutes.
