1. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage. they are usually dirty and tainted. Wash it and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut off the desired part from the head and chop finely. Because, the finer the cabbage is chopped, the tastier the salad will be. Since the leaves of red cabbage are quite tough, and large straws will be inconvenient to eat. After that, sprinkle the cabbage with salt and remember it well with your hands so that the leaves become soft and let the juice flow.
