Zucchini is an excellent vegetable that is actively used for the preparation of many dishes, both in our country and in European and Eastern cuisine. After all, its health benefits can hardly be overestimated, the vegetable removes cholesterol, cleanses the body of toxins and is rich in vitamins B and C.
Many different dishes are made from zucchini, and even sweet jam is made. However, most often it is subjected to frying. This is done either in breadcrumbs, flour, dough, or on its own. There are a lot of options, the most important thing is to learn the main principle - zucchini are quickly prepared, and they are eaten both hot and cold.
Usually, a young vegetable is used to prepare such snacks. It is enough just to wash it. But if you use old fruits, then they are still peeled and coarse seeds. You do not need to fry the zucchini much, they should remain a little raw inside. Otherwise, if you overexpose them, then the vegetable can turn into chips. If you are worried that the zucchini will remain raw inside, then cover it on top with foil, it will come to the desired readiness.

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 2 pcs.
- Soft cream cheese - 200 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step preparation of spicy fried zucchini with cream cheese:
1. Wash the zucchini and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut them into rings 5 mm thick. Do not cut them thicker, otherwise they may be badly fried inside, and if you cut them thinner, you get chips. Let me remind you that if you are using old fruits, then peel them and remove large seeds.
2. Place the pan on the stove, pour in the odorless vegetable oil and place the zucchini rings. Season them with salt and ground pepper.
3. Grill them over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes. Then turn over to the back side and cook until the desired consistency. Fry the zucchini until golden or ruddy depending on the result you want.
4. Put the finished fried zucchini on a paper towel folded in half so that it absorbs all excess fat. So zucchini will be less high-calorie.
5. Transfer the fried courgettes to a serving platter and season with minced garlic. You can also finely chop the garlic with a sharp knife.
6. Then, on each zucchini with a dessert spoon, put cream cheese. And if you have a pastry syringe, you can squeeze the cheese into a beautiful figure on each slice. You can serve the ready-made appetizer to the table both warm and cold.
