In addition, such a dish can diversify the daily menu. Well, I note that the taste and appearance of the appetizer are worthy to take a place at a festive feast.   • Zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • Cottage cheese - 300 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves or to taste
  • Dill - small bunch (can be replaced with any other greens)
  • Mayonnaise - 20 g or to taste
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Refined vegetable oil - for frying

1. Wash and dry the zucchini with a cotton napkin so that during frying there are no strong splashes that stain the walls of the kitchen. Then cut them lengthwise, about 5 mm thick, you should have long "tongues". If the vegetable is cut thicker, then it will not roll up well, thinner - it may break.

2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Turn on medium heat and send the courgettes to fry. Fry them on one side until golden, then flip them over, season with salt and fry until tender. Adjust the degree of frying yourself - like heavily fried dishes, then keep the zucchini on the fire longer, less fried - reduce the time. Put the prepared zucchini on a paper napkin so that it takes away all the excess fat. Although this can be done at will.

3. Peel the garlic, rinse and chop finely, or squeeze through a press. Wash the dill, dry it and chop it finely. Prepare curd and mayonnaise.

4. Combine all products in one bowl and mix well.

5. Now collect the dish. Take a portion of the curd, squeeze it with your hands, shaping it into a cylinder. Place the resulting curd "barrel" on one edge of the fried squash "tongue".
