If you are tired of all the studied and tried cake, then I suggest baking brownie - a traditional American brown chocolate brownie. The product is perfect for an evening family tea and can be served on a festive table. Baking is combined with coffee, tea, cocoa, milk.
Thanks to this recipe, you will have a soft and fluffy dough with a pancake-like consistency. Soda or baking powder is usually used for the splendor of baked goods. As additional components, not only cherries are added, but also other fruits, berries, jams, nuts. It is very easy to prepare such chocolate cakes, and the result is always wonderful.
To make brownies, you can use both dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%, and good natural cocoa. Professional chefs most often use real chocolate, but homemade cocoa can be mixed with instant coffee. But here it should be borne in mind that the taste of the pie will differ markedly from the chocolate ingredient.
