- Pollock - 2 carcasses
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Seasoning for fish - 1 tsp
- Allspice peas - 4 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp
Cooking pollock in tomato sauce in a pan
1. Prepare vegetables: carrots, onions, garlic. Peel them, wash them under running water and cut into cubes about 1-1.5 cm in size.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry vegetables over medium heat until golden brown.
3. Place the tomato paste in a deep bowl. Add fish seasoning, bay leaf, peppercorns, ground pepper, and any spices you prefer.
4. Fill the tomato with drinking water and stir until completely dissolved. This will be the fish dressing.
5. Defrost pollock, as it is usually sold ice cream. This should be done naturally, without using a microwave oven. Otherwise, you can not keep track and the fish will start to cook. Then wash the pollock, pat dry with a towel and cut into even pieces.
6. Put another pan on the stove, add oil and heat well. Add the carcass pieces, set the heat to high and fry until golden brown.
7. Then turn the fish over, season with salt, pepper and fry the same amount of time until golden brown. It is not necessary to bring it to readiness, it will reach it during extinguishing. It is necessary that it is only covered with a golden crust.
